It is recommended to book the same hotel of the conference.
A special rate of 68 Euro (plus taxes) per night has been made available for the participants to the conference. To get the special rate applied, tell the hotel that you are coming for the "INDICATE meeting" when you will call them to book your room.
If you want to stay in another hotel , you can book it in city areas like Sihhiye, Kizilay, Ulus, and Cebeci.
